- Luxurious 4300 sq ft Passive Solar, 5 Bedrooms: 3 bedrooms with queens, 1 king Mega Suite with ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet, private entrance to private patio and direct hot tub access. 1 Bedroom with bunk beds. Large tropical indoor greenhouse off of kitchen with futon, as well. Spacious living room, dish washer, washer and dryer, chefs kitchen with brand new refrigerator, viking range, high ceilings, radiant heat, passive solar is warm in winter, cool in summer, indoor and outdoor rock walls, terraced organic vegetable and flower gardens, Saltillo tile throughout, 3 brick and flagstone portals with unbelievable views, large shade trees, 15 min to ski lifts, 15 min to plaza. All wheel drive mandatory during ski season.
