The staff makes this place a winner!
"We stayed for 3 nights. The staff was very accommodating. Our main complaint was that it was very hot in the room and there was no air conditioning. The front desk person came down and there was a fan provided in the closet, which helped a lot. We also had trouble with the lock on the door not working. ..."

"We spent two nights here after several days of camping in Wrangell St. Elias and Glen Allen. This was a perfect place to recharge- the house was very comfortable, with everything we needed and plenty of space for our family of four to relax.The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and utensils. ..."

I have always loved Valdez. I have always thought it to be a very romantic town. A love story waitkng to happen. This small town has remained untainted by corporate America and is a wonderful place to escape the big city!
