"We stayed on the lake side and I loved walking out to see Lake Norman each day. Each room had it's own little picnic table outside of it on the deck. Rooms were redone at some point in the last few years and are updated and very clean. Staff was great. The only thing that can't really be helped is the walls are very thin. We had a minor noise issue one night which the staff handled well the next day. Not a place for late night party crowds. I would absolutely book again and plan to in the future. "

"Nice Motel 6 with everything you need for an overnight at a reasonable price. Coffee available in the morning and they don't pretend to do breakfast with an energy bar and piece of bread like some others. Internet was good and they give you a nice list of the TV channels available. Again a novel hotel concept that is appreciated"
