"Upon arrival the manager, Luisa, knew we were uncomfortable. Since we were from the US and did not expect the party surroundings. She immediately called a sister hotel, Luna Solaqua and moved us to this hotel. The customer sevice was excellent and our stay in Albuferia was wonderful because of the intuition of the Ocean Luna Club manager"

"On arrival Matheus was very accommodating as we arrived early. He suggested keeping our luggage at the hotel. We did as soon as our room was ready he contacted us. Breakfast was excellent. I would recommend this hotel and would consider staying there in the future. "

"So conveniently situated next to the marina and the old town. The bus station is two minutes walk from the hotel and the railway station five minutes. The bus from the airport only takes twenty minutes to reach the bus station next to the hotel. Staff on reception were helpful and friendly and were happy to advise on transport and local amenities. "
