"This is our second time staying at this hotel. The staff are so friendly, engaging and go above and beyond to make our stay a highly pleasant one. "The hotel staff are excellent. They are very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The hotel is comfortable, if a little dated. You need to let them know if an accessible shower is needed as many rooms have a bathtub shower.
The food is available until late evening and the bus stop to town is across the road, while the return stop is just a house away."

"Staff were very friendly. Probably the friendliest staff in all of the hotels I've stayed in on Guernsey. Breakfast was very good, with a good selection. Evening meal was good and the correct selection of options for the amount of people eating in. There are a huge selection of restaurant's and pubs serving food nearby. Check out at 10-30am is a little too early. 11am at the earliest would have suited better."
