"Simply tragic: The kitchen smelled of gas from the cookstove (don't light a candle there!). Traffic along the main road made it impossible to sleep at night (trucks, etc.). The shower was more like a garden sprinkler way past its expiration date. Internet was non-existent. The heat in the apartment was coming and going at random times, making it impossible to maintain a constant temperature. The check-in link did not arrive on time. The bed was not flat. "Excellent stay. The room was spacious, spotless, and well appointed with every amenity we needed, including a minibar. Housekeeping was thorough with daily service, and the staff was consistently professional and attentive. The included breakfast was a standout—an outstanding buffet with a wide variety of traditional Romanian dishes, beautifully presented and genuinely delicious. A true gem of a hotel."

"Fantastic place. 20min walk from the center. Amazing staff. Unbelievable good food. Very clean, beautiful rooms. Every year I'm sending my mom and my aunt 2-3 nights away for a short holiday. This year i booked Opus Villa. This is the first time when my mom felt very comfortable as usually staff don't pay attention to elders as they do with youngsters. She was thrilled and kept talking about the place and the food, nothing negative. I definitely recommend the place."

"Very spacious room, nicely decorated. Bathroom was nice and modern with a spacious shower. Pretty location it is a nice walk up a hill from town and Castle. Breakfast was served in a nearby hotel, but it was nice. Staff is not always at the front desk, but they are very responsive. When you message them, they can unlock the door for you remotely. Thank you for a great stay!"
