A casa não está em bom estado de conservação!

Ao chegarmos lá, no horário marcado (12h), a casa ainda estava sendo varrida. A casa não nos foi entregue muito limpa. Os móveis são muito velhos. Na sala tem uma estante, cujos pés são de tijolos. Nas duas suítes, os colchões de casal são duros como uma tábua. Também tinha os armários dos quartos com um cheiro muito ruim de coisa bem velha. Os banheiros têm um cheiro horrível retornado do esgoto. Na suíte de cima, o chuveiro vazava muito e quando foi trocado, o chuveiro novo só tinha água fria. As portas e janelas são difíceis p abrir e fechar. A piscina é boa e estava sempre limpa. N

Casa muito boa, as fotografias são reais. O tamanho dos quartos e dos banheiros é excelente. Ar condicionado em 2 quartos. A localização é excelente, muito pertinho da praia e próximo do comércio local. A casa é muito bem equipada, a piscina é ótima. E possui um tamanho ótimo!!! O proprietário é prestativo, uma pessoa muito acessível e atencioso, nota 10, sempre disponível e muito confiável! Super recomendado!!!

Local Limpo, piscina boa, boa localização. Rapaz que cuida e SUPER ATENCIOSO E PRESTATIVO. Proprietário também muito atencioso e prestativo. Recomendo a todos. Próximo a praia, porem longe do barulho. Pra ficar perfeito só falta instalar AR condicionado nos outros quartos.

A casa é maravilhosa, ampla, espaçosa e bem estruturada. Espaço para estacionar carros, aconchegante com chuveiros elétricos e ar condicionado para ficar tranquilo no momento do sono. Bem ventilada, possui uma piscina deliciosa e aconchegante, com uma cachoeirinha linda. Quem for não esqueçam, a noite, desligar todas as luzes da casa e ligar a luz azul da piscina e tomar um belo banho de piscina a luz da lua. Dá pra jogar um vôlei no espaço da casa, fazer um churrasquinho com os amigos ou sair, ir para a Praia ou passar o dia em Morro de São Paulo..show!
