"Apart from the bed collapsing on quite a few occasions, some of the parts of the house been mended by bodgit and scarper and the pool having seen better days. I quite enjoyed our holiday. It’s a lovely peaceful setting in which to enjoy the surrounding area. You just get the feeling that the house could be spectacular but they’ve gone for the cheaper option in order to maximise profits. "We spent a wonderful week here. The property is great and suited us perfectly, 4 adults and 4 children ranging from 4 up to 17. The house is really well equipped and spacious. The garden is big and we loved the pool and the badminton net. The setting is really peaceful and we did lots of cycling to nearby towns and a lovely canoe trip on the Charente river. We also loved having the herd of cows in the field next door along with rows of sunflowers."

"Thomas was a very welcoming and kind host with lots of little touches. The accommodation is great and well equipped, with lots of games for the children. We were a family of 8 and we all enjoyed the stay. We took advantage of the gas bbq. I highly recommend this accommodation."
