"Crumbs in the desk around the light when I checked in — icky but still he front desk staff took care of that. Delicious dinner in the restaurant. Unfortunately the swimming pool/spa wasn’t open on a Tuesday — the pool was the main reason I chose this hotel, so that was disappointing. Room was fine, as to be expected. "

"The only issue I had was when checking out, we needed extra time because the enticing bath tub took forever to fill up. They wanted to charge £200 to extend one hour. They did eventually reverse that decision. "

"We were in the annex building which was actually ideal as we could park directly in front of our room door. Packing and unpacking the car was super easy. We arrived at 9pm with kids but managed to get to the onsite restaurant. Very fast service. The pool table in the bar is a nice touch and finished off the evening perfectly. The breakfast buffet is supplementary but we'll worth it. The location near the motorway is ideal. I would like to thank Giustino especially for incredible service. "

"Staying 5 days for official trip. Very easy to access as the location is only 2 mins away from the main train station. My room was clean and quiet. The hotel staffs are very helpful. This is exceptional for a 2-star hotel!"
