Excelente ubicación.
Ubicación. Acceso rápido a zona centro histórico, jardines del Turia y ciudad de las artes y las ciencias.
Difícil aparcamiento y estacionamiento.

Muy céntrico con parada de autobús delante del edificio y cruzando el puente de Fusta parada de tranvía ambas dirección playa.
Aparcamiento para el coche. He utilizado el parquing público o vigilado.

La ubicación y la insonorización.
En mi opinión, cobrar 50 € por la limpieza es excesivo (a tener en cuenta a la hora de reservar). Si se va en coche, es conveniente aparcar al otro lado del Jardín del Turia (conozco Valencia, yo ya lo sabía)
