Positive: Unbeatable location Negative: The AC unit is only ornamental and it doesn't make any difference. It's a shame we were melting there, otherwise it would've been great, even though it's a 5th floor with no lift in the building. The location is great and the apartment has everything you need.

Onze zoon sliep op de slaapbank..die lag niet zo fijn..wij hadden ook een fijn terras tot onze beschikking..heerlijk alles op loopafstand . Al met al een fijne plek.

Ático ( 5° Piso) sin ascensor
Mi estancia ha sido muy decepcionante, no informan en el anuncio que el edificio no tiene ascensor. La llegada con un bebé de 9 meses ( carro) y una niña de 6 años, maleta, bolso del carro...etc y te encuentras alojada en un 5° sin ascensor, sin barandilla en los últimos 2 pisos, con escaleras de medio metro...en fin muy disgustada. Podrían haberme informado cuando notifiqué que iba con niños pequeños. No lo recomiendo en absoluto. Luego no he podido abrir las ventanas porque mis hijos podían caerse al vacío, sin ninguna protección. El aire acondicionado tiene la salida del agua dentro del apartamento, si lo dejabas puesto el rato que salías ( necesario porque al ser ático es un horno) cuabdo regresabas el suelo lleno de agua) No había llave de la luz del salón.
