The Dau Studios is a self catering facility , very modern , well located ,good public transport and regular taxis to centro, the beach is 3 minute walk .

Perfect

I will recommend for short and long stay. Well located, big and cosy studio. Receptionist are helpfull. Close to the beach and many good restaurants. Will be back.

Great location

Very helpful checkin receptionist. But not at property at other time. Room was clean and as shown in photos. The only thing is the doors when closing make a loud noise and the walls are very thin so you can hear your neighbors. Great location

The property is only a 5 minute walk to the beach! Lots of dining options nearby. The unit itself is clean and comfortable. The only complaint is the initial check-in. We arrived late and there was nobody to let us in. No instructions were provided on how to check in. Luckily another guest provided their WhatsApp number, otherwise we'd be stranded.

Wouldn’t stay again with sewer smell

Definitely wouldn’t stay again. There was a constant sewer smell from ac and drains. I woke up once from a nap from the smell of poop in the room. They said I was given all options to fix the issue which included another room that smell the same and bottles of air freshener. We had to air out the room every time we came back by opening the door in the extreme heat. They said it was a normal smell for the city which I never had in the other three hotels I’ve stayed at in the city. The first day I even tried to find another place to stay, but everything in the city was booked. It was very frustrating for the amount we paid to stay there. Only a few pros: location to beach and bus, Alberto was kind, shower water pressure, modern

It was ok!

The place was clean but not fancy. Its main advantage is being within walking distance to the beach, which is why we booked it. Overall, it wasn’t bad, but we had a scary experience when the four of us got stuck in the small elevator for 20 minutes and had to call emergency. After that, we never used the elevator again.

Really great place to stay Very clean, modern apartment, with all mod cons. only 5 minutes walk away from the beach Plenty of local restaurants nearby - and are very popular with locals And with the local tram stop only two mins away - you can be in the old town within half hour very impressed - will definitely return

We had just one overnight in Valencia, and looked specifically for some unit for the family of 3 close to the beach. For our purpose it turned out to be an excellent choice. It is not a luxury apartment, but very clean, easy accessible (1st floor), in the nice neighborhood and in walkable distance to the perfect beaches. We were very satisfied with our choice.

The property looks really pretty, but it smelled like sewage and humidity. The AC didn't work, so we informed the staff. They advised us to set it to 24 or 25 degrees, but it still didn't work, and they didn’t take any further action. It's a shame because the place is nice, but we won't be booking here again.

Es una propiedad con un diseño interesante y cómoda. Está muy cerca de la playa y mas alejado del centro pero tiene opciones de movilidad cerca. No tiene estacionamiento pero si tiene donde dejar la bici.
