Great experience from start to finish. The hotel is easy to find, and located just a 10 minute walk from shops and restaurants, museums, and parks. The room was very clean, and air conditioned. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful through my stay!

Quick, easy check-in. Conveniently located room. Very nice outdoor patio with view of the arena. Nice neighborhood, close to popular attractions & shopping. Good restaurants in the area. Could use a Nespresso machine instead of instant coffee but room was quite sufficient!

Spotless clean and the staff was helpful. The room was comfy and spacious enough. Air con was fast and effective. The place is quite far from Town Centre and the beach though. There is a bus and a tram but they don’t run as often as one should expect to. There are no small shops or restaurants around if you happen to want to get a meal, snack or drinks. Overall a pleasant experience.

The staff was very helpful, location was ideal and the ability to rent affordable e bikes made the trip amazing. The bathroom was a little wierd without a curtain but was exceptionally clean and unlike the rest of the city we could flush toilet paper lol. The bed however was the only downfall. It was extremely firm and extra pillows were unavailable. Otherwise an excellent choice and an excellent stay throughout our trip all over Spain. The TV had apps and it was possible to stream American programming. Excellent location, extremely clean and an extremely helpful staff made this a wonderful stay. If you’re not a fan of a firm bed maybe another option may have been the only improvement.

Clean, comfortable and close to Museum of Sciences. Walkable area near public transport. Could hear people on both sides using bathroom. Room is nice. Curtains are sheer, so needs blackout curtains or privacy screen at the balcony door.

We ordered a “double or twin room” an hour or so before arriving in evening but they said we can’t have a twin room because cleaner isn’t there in evening to convert it. I was with my 14 year old and had to put my foot down and insist on them giving me 4 sheets to convert bed myself. What they should do is for same day bookings from afternoon onwards advertise only double rooms. Very poor customer service experience.

Nice and clean property and rooms in a nice quiet area. Staff was nice and helpful. Room was spacious and bathrooms clean and had fluffy towels. Comfortable bed and We had a coffee bar area in the room and a patio area with an partial view of the arena. Walkable to quatre Carreras metro line and bus stops and Hemispheric and Museo de la Ciencias and Ave Dels Germans Maristas where there are lots of restaurants. They offered a breakfast but we did not partake.

This is the worst hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. The bed does not fit in the room. Unless you are the size of a 6 year old child DO NOT stay here. We had to crawl over the bed to get to the terrace. No coffee maker only water. No place for your luggage you cannot walk in front of the bed so getting up at night to use bathroom one has to crawl over the bed. The “city view” looks directly into an apartment I did not see the city of Valencia anywhere from this hotel. The shower has no place for a razor everything must be put on the floor. The towel rack is inside the shower so you cannot hang your towels there. Just the most cramped and uncomfortable Room I’ve ever stayed in. If you want to be next to the arena that is the only plus, the room is just terrible.
