Very clean and modern. Easy to communicate with. Great basic amenities. However construction noises during the day and a bit far from downtown and main areas. About a 15-20 min uber ride away from main sights.

A perfect weekend at a great hotel

Great service and brand new rooms. The staff is very friendly and super helpful. The rooms are delicate, fully equiped, tidy and clean. Great location right next to several bus stops which will take you to all the attractions in Valencia.

Modern apartment

Brand new modern apartment in a central location. Friendly staff spoke fluent English which made everything easy. Cooking facilities were nice.

I really liked the nearby public transportation (only bus) and the supermarkets. The people from the property were really helpful. If asked for new towels or anything else, it would get replaced quickly. However since there was a construction in many buildings in the direct environment, it was really noisy and dirty around the building.

Maria who checked us in was very helpful and kind. She gave us directions how to get to the historic center of Valencia and info about the public transport. The apartment was very clean and had enough space for a family of 4 (with two teens). The location of the aprtment was good and it was in walking distance to the supermarket. Would definitely recommend this place.

Very clean, easy to access the room and building for check in/check out (they just sent me a code for the building and my room so i didn't have to communicate with anyone which i am definitely a fan of)

The apartment is a 15 minute bus ride to the big market and historic center. The suite itself was bare bones equipment wise, ie a pod coffee maker but no pods, no tea kettle. The building is new and modern with keyless entry. Bed was comfortable. A few cafes in the area, the grocery store was a 15 minute walk. The concierge was polite and helpful but works limited hours per day. I would go back better prepared.

Painful checkin

This hotel is under new ownership. The previous owner sent me the pre check which was completed and not passed to new owners. The new company was insistent on me completing it again which is not how you want to spend your vacation time. No person at reception all contact was done by phone and email.

Very nice and spatious apartment for 5 persons. Responsive and kind staff. 30 min walk to the City of Arts. Bus stops vand hospital very nearby. Some noisy working places around the block. An uprising residence area with nice cofees erc.

Nos quitaron la luz en la madrugada. Nadie nos daba solución. No pudimos desayunar ya que la cocina no funcionaba sin luz para hacernos el café. No lo recomiendo.

La propiedad debería avisar cuando hay obra civil a su alrededor, una retroexcavadora trabajando desde las 7am. La entrada al edificio con el vidrio roto y un cable para abrirla. Es buena zona pero todo polvoso por la construcción. El personal tardaba 24 horas en responder un whatsapp?? Pésima atención

Die Unterkunft hat nicht auf Anrufe reagiert, das die Zimmer durch den Code und den Link nicht geöffnet wurden konnte. Es wurde kein Toiletten Papier nachgefüllt und auch nicht auf Nachfrage per E-Mail. Morgens wurde man durch die Baustelle geweckt.

Me gustó la habitación pero es bastante inusual este tipo de alojamiento, la recepción tiene un horario muy reducido y tuve que ir forzosamente antes de la hora que tenía planeada porque tenía que dejarlo pagado antes de que la recepción estuviera cerrada
