Our stay at the hotel was simply excellent. From the moment we arrived we felt very welcome. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive and always happy to help with a smile. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The hotel facilities were also very well maintained and the atmosphere was relaxing. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from and definitely exceeded our expectations. The only thing we would have appreciated in the room was a kettle with coffee and tea. Other than that, everything was perfect. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!

The location is perfect — close to all the main attractions, restaurants, and shops, yet quiet and relaxing at night. The rooms were clean, modern, and very comfortable, with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always smiling and ready to assist with recommendations or directions. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of fresh options, and the coffee was excellent! The hotel’s atmosphere felt warm and welcoming, and I especially appreciated the attention to detail in both service and cleanliness. When we arrived we were unable to check in at the time, even though it was after 2pm. We were told to wait but not told how long to wait for. Room was OK but bathroom was unclean, black mold around the shower and no tissues in the dispenser. Problemas com limpeza e ar-condicionado

O ar condicionado do quarto era muito fraco. Acordei a noite suando e o ar condicionado no máximo. Reclamamos com a recepção e disseram que a equipe de manutenção verificou o ar e disse que estava tudo certo. Limpeza do quarto deixou muito a desejar. Debaixo da cama estava MUITO empoeirado. O chão parecia que estava melecado e grudento. Os vidros do quarto estavam sujos. No banheiro, os potes de shampoo e sabonete líquidos estavam pregados com uma fita e cairam enquanto estávamos tomando banho. Perigoso cair no pé e machucar. Certamente, não foi uma boa experiência.
