It was as if every staff member was personally invested in our satisfaction. Our stay was so wonderful we hope to only stay at Only You wherever we go.

The hotel is centrally located. We walked to most attractions. A taxi to the beach is 15 euros. The restaurant is world class. One of the best I’ve ever eaten at. The true gem of this place is the staff. From the concierge to the bartender, they were warm, friendly, and helpful.

It was expensive, but so worth it. Everything was great, from service and location to beauty of hotel itself, the room, the terrace and views, the bathroom, the Guerlain hair and body products, the Pancracio chocolate-covered walnuts in super-cute candy boxes at turndown service, the free mini-bar and waters, the valet service ... just such exquisite attention to detail and the kind of hotel experience that is very hard to come by these days -- that is, not corporate, but sort-of royal. Property was perfect, clean, shower had great water pressure and temperature. Kitchenette was fully equipped, including microwave, fridge and dishwasher! Lovely location near restaurants, 10 minute walk to Mestalla Stadium. Rooms were quiet, didnt hear street noise and could open/close windows. Room darkener. Ordered taxi and was waiting and on time. Definitely 10/10! No complaints

The entire staff is friendly, helpful and courteous. The breakfast buffet is varied, fresh, and delicious. The location couldn't be better. I walked everywhere!! I had a wonderful stay here and look forward to returning.

Great location and I enjoyed the little balcony. The restaurant near the hotel was quiet by around 10pm, so this was never an inconvenience.

The apartment was in a great location just off of Plaza de Reina. The reception staff were very helpful. The apartment was very nice with a refrigerator, washing machine, safe and comfortable beds. The back bedroom was very quite the front bedroom you could hear people talking outside the balcony at the bar/restaurant. The view from our room was a vacant lot which was a little disappointing, but we were out and about most of the time. Hotels.com did mislead us since we paid the higher price...

An overall great stay! The staff at this hotel are very friendly, kind and helpful. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location couldn’t be better, in the heart of the old town just steps from the Mercado. The only disappointment was that I booked this spa hotel over a month in advance and at last minute they had their spa renovated and I was only informed a few days prior to my arrival. They explained that they also didn’t know exactly when the renovation would take place until...
