​El equipo del hotel, desde la recepción hasta el personal de alimentos y bebidas, fue excepcional. Resolvieron todas mis necesidades de manera eficiente y cordial. Si bien no pude usar la piscina ni el gimnasio, quiero felicitar a todo el personal por el excelente servicio que recibí durante mi estancia. ​Como recomendación, les sugiero invertir en la limpieza y el mantenimiento de las alfombras en los pasillos y las habitaciones. Su estado actual no solo da una mala impresión, sino que también es un problema de higiene.
