Location is excellent, great views and easy walk to lots of gorgeous things. Can be a little noisy if there are revelers out on the plaza. The staff were truly stellar, comfy beds, good water pressure, plenty of hot water, good pillow selection, only downside is spotty wifi.

Really enjoyed this hotel with a well-appointed room and a wonderful location. The front desk staff was very helpful in arranging bicycle rental. The included breakfast offered a variety of great options including Spanish specific treats, including a whole leg of jamon and the local specialty horchata. Would recommend if available asking for a room with windows on the plaza!

Location was great. Needed better signage for the hotel. Name not clearly displayed. Also not given information to sign on to wifi. Either at the reception desk or in the room. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel room was very clean. Only negative was the shower head. Which was in need of replacing. Corrosion!
