Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
Avrebbero meritato oltre le 5 stelle se non fosse che la nostra stanza, senza alcuna indicazione prima del soggiorno o durante l'acquisto, era priva di aerazione se non utilizzando aria condizionata, avendo un finestrono a piano terra chiuso a chiave e non apribile poiché dava sulla piazza principale. Praticamente un vecchio garage adibito a stanza. Per il resto tutto perfetto, stanza pulita e nuova, ben insonorizzata, pieno centro della ciudad vieja, personale gentile seppur la reception si trova a circa 200 metri e aperta dalle 10 alle 20. Volevano anche cambiarci la stanza ma non abbiamo potuto perché eravamo fuori. Ci ritornerei assolutamente ma non in quella stanza.
