Good location for onward travel by bus

Located next to the bus station and a pleasant stroll through the Turia Gardens to the centre of Valencia. Perfect place for a a night or two and, if staying longer, there is a roof-top pool and bar with fabulous views of the city.

Great Hotel with Rooftop Pool

Pool is small but functional but terrace is a great place to relax. Rooms are very decent. Breakfast very expensive

The hotel and the staff were great. The furniture a bit old, but everything was clean and with a great location. The only detail was that in the next block, beside the bus station there was a group of homeless consuming drugs. Nothing happened to us, but we were a bit stressed to be walking back and pass in droit of them.

Near center, lacks charm, few lounge chairs

This is a blockish, modern style, somewhat dated hotel. It is 10-15 minutes walk from the historic center. This hotel is used by a lot of tours/buses. The restaurant has a limited, but surprisingly good restaurant with a very kind and helpful staff. The pool is pretty but only has a few lounge chairs, so a lot of people walk away disappointed.

The SMELL

The plumbing in this hotel is horrid. The whole hotel smelled like rotten eggs and the rooms were extremely rank. Beds were hard and super loud and noisy. AC did not work. Pros- great breakfast, walkable location and free parking available.

Anywhere else?

The hotel nextdoor, the Turia, was better equipped, better service, good food and less expensive. My bathroom was so small it was a contortion exercise, and I am of an average size. My complaint about the broken lead to the lamp in my room was ignored even though the switch crackled and the light flickered in rhythm with the crackling. I wish I had booked the Turia

Mixed feelings!

We are family of three and stayed in the hotel for 3 nights as part of our Spain trip. Location: Decent location, Turia park is close but otherwise just a couple of restaurants and nothing else. Most of the neighborhood was closed and deserted. Room: It was a bit old, for some reason the room felt hot, and calustrophobic even when kept thermostat at 15 Deg C. Hotel overall: it's a bit old building, staff is a bit odd and rude, any requests made was a 'No' e.g. Hotel has a policy of not warming any food, with a small kid it's bit challenging, asked for an iron box and next day it was gone. Breakfast was decent. Overall stay was not comfortable, we stayed in NH collection Euro building in Madrid right before this and that was an exceptional stay so made me wonder how the same brand could have such a different experience.

The AC was barely to not working at all at this place. There was a leakage at my bathroom that I decided I was not going to report it as I did reported the problem with the AC and I was told that it take time for the AC to start working the cleaning staff was extremely noisy early in the AM and you could hear all the noises from the street and the room adjacent to yours. Would I ever go there again? The answer is NO.

The breakfast was fantastic, there was so much variety and there were little signs with traditional food of the area and their history. The coffee machines where great and speedy, and the staff kept the area well stocked and cleared dishes quickly. The room we stayed in was super clean and spacious, the showers had amazing water pressure and temperature. The beds were so comfortable and the AC kept us cool and fresh.
