This beautiful, newly built studio, cared for with great detail, is designed to offer the best comfort to our guests. Seating for 4 people.

It has a comfortable 150 double bed where you can rest after long walks around the city or spending the day on the beach. In front of a flat screen television and Internet connection.
In the living room, it also has a 135cm sofa bed.

In addition, it has a fully equipped kitchenette and the truth is, it is beautiful. It is one of the things we like most about this accommodation. Everything you need to cook. It also has a Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle and washing machine.

Finally, a beautiful bathroom. We have not skimped on details and the truth is that it is the jewel in the crown. With everything necessary for the cleanliness and care of our guests.

Super complete flat

Very good flat with all the amenities. Very comfortable and spacious. The neighborhood is very quiet and well located, close to the metro, supermarkets and restaurants. Blinds on the windows, as there is a lot of natural light in the morning.

Appartamento accogliente, pulito, confortevole, letto super comodo e completo di tutto il neccessario per trascorrere una vacanza in serenità. Posizione tranquilla, vicina alla fermata della metro o dei bus. Consigliatissimo e sarà un prossimo riferimento. Grazie Nel bagno, è rimasto il mocio dei pavimenti bagnato che purtroppo emanava un cattivo odore di asciugato male. Colpa sicuramente del brutto tempo . Niente di più.
