The staff were beyond helpful and incredibly friendly. The people in my dorm were also fantastic! The location is 10/10. As a solo traveller, I definitely received a warm welcome (emphasis on the warm). The lack of air conditioning made the trip very uncomfortable and I wouldn’t come back for this reason. I only booked this hostel because it explicitly listed air conditioning, only to find a portable unit placed in one corner of the room that was struggling to keep the room below 36 degrees. With 8 people sharing a room in Valencia, it’s necessary to have good air conditioning especially as each time someone used the shower the room filled with hot and humid air as there was also no ventilation. I was told that the building used to have proper air con and during the remodel they removed it. I didn’t appreciate the maintenance man walking through the female only dorm to check the room either (with no announcement, knock on the door etc). It was a real shame as like I said, the staff were very accommodating and apart from the uncomfortable experience and sleepless nights, I did enjoy my time in Valencia.

This is an amazing hostel! The rooms are clean and spacious, the staff is friendly and accommodating, and the area is super close to many of the sights and numerous restaurants. I would definitely stay here again and would certainly recommend to others!

It’s right in the heart of the city, so you can walk to all the beautiful places, since they’re right around the corner. The staff is super friendly and helpful. It’s really quiet at night time and the beds are comfy, so finding sleep was not an issue.

Great first experience in a hostel

I never stayed in a hostel before, and this it was a nice first experience! I reserved an only women/4 beds room, which made it not so crowded space. The place was clean, the items (comforter, towel, pillow) impeccable, the staff very nice and helping people and the breakfast was a wonderful surprise with a great specialty coffee. And the location couldn´t be better. Really recomended!

This place is very good, the positives are; the location is perfect, Syra Coffee on-site, very friendly and helpful team, clean/tidy. My only criticism is that the bathrooms are communal and awkward, the toilet cubicles are so small that it’s uncomfortable to sit down. Overall, would recommend Room00

Room was modern and comfortable. Shower had issues with water never getting more than warm. The staff was amazing, always responsive and doing what they could to solve the issues. However we couldn’t sleep in the first night due to the lack of noise isolation and a big noisy school group. Manager was kind and changed us to a quieter trim the next day but the damage was done.

Good value for money

Had the double private room which was very comfortable, incl. the bed. Only issue was that heating kept coming on in the room automatically and so had to keep asking for it to be turned off. Not much social interaction between guests in the hostel and a fair walk from the younger areas for bars. Overall good value for money!
