The best thing about this hotel is its location right in the heart of the city centre and close to shops, restaurants and cafes, and several local attractions. It’s also less than 10 minute walk to the nearest metro station for the airport. Rooms were clean and well maintained. However, the main issue we experienced was the constant noise, day and night, be it from cars and buses, people partying late at the restaurant on the ground floor right below our room or the building work at the building opposite.

Centrally located easy to walk to the cathedral and surrounding area areas. Front desk, staff is very friendly and helpful offering areas to visit as well as ordering taxis. Rooms are a little cold with the AC on but overall would return.

Chambre bien équipée avec un joli décor. Elle donnait sur une petite Riua juste en face du palais du marquis de dos Aguas. Manquerait peut être un peu de lumière, seul bémol avec un peu un manque d insonorisation. Emplacement de l hôtel absolument parfait! À très peu de distance pour visiter la ville. Salle à manger très jolie, lumineuse et agréable

The hotel is an excellent location, within walking distance of many major tourist attractions including the Ceramic Museum, the Cathedral, the Silk exchange and many more. We had a standard room which whilst comfortable had a limited outlook onto a narrow alleyway. Maybe in future I would pay extra for a premium room and view. Breakfasts were enjoyable and plentiful. However, staff were exceptional when we realised at the airport my wife had lost a diamond ring. The cleaners had found it, and the staff organised for it to be sent by DHL cargo to the UK and made the whole process very easy and stress free. They also arranged for us to pay the cargo costs through them. Above and beyond the call of duty.
