Can be accessed on the 1st floor after entry. Rooms are fairly small with a large bathrooms with fairly modern accessories. "Had a lovely stay here for 2 days. Booked the Signature room which had a really nice view of the Grand Place. Breakfast was excellent, staff on the front desk really lovely. The building was going through some maintenance - there were some shabby carpets in some stairwells, TV and Aircon not working during our stay - but the front desk made some adjustment to the bill which was more than fair. The room view, central location and excellent breakfast really made it for us. "

The checkin and breakfast staff were lovely, helpful and friendly. The hotel is directly opposite Lille Flanders station so perfect for those traveling. There are a number of restaurants within a couple of minutes of the hotel. "
