There was plenty of parking on site and the breakfast options were good. The AC seemed to work okay but it seemed to shut off and on a lot and may not have worked properly. The room was a little stuffy when I first walked in

Have stayed here once a year for the past 10 years or so. Beds were comfortable and room was quiet. Breakfast was standard fare, but well done; better than what I recently had from a Hampton Inn in the Des Moines area. Front desk person on sunday night was efficient and friendly. This is my go to hotel when I drive through Valentine.

The room keys worked 1/2 the time and didn't work at all for the side doors. The bed shook (like old quarter machine beds)when our or nearby room a/c came on.

The check-in staff was wonderful and even kept the pool open longer for us since we got in late. Nothing fancy about the hotel but in general it was clean and safe breakfast area was adequate and they did a good job. Great option in Valentine.

Not as clean as a comfort inn should be. Pillow cases were yellow, bath tub stained, pool area had mold, bugs and hot tub was cloudy/murky and for one stay it was 170. Breakfast was very good.

Poorly kept hot tub

We were quite disappointed to be honest. We had been traveling, had a rough day the day prior, and was wanting to relax int he hot tub. When we got down to the hot tub, it was absolutely filthy and not maintained. I feel sorry for the person we had just seen sitting in it. They must not have noticed how poorly the water was kept. The room was ok, and we got a good nights sleep.
