"Average hotel, it was clean and front desk people were amazing. Centrally located. Downfall which is why it’s a 1 star, went to work- came back and housekeeping cleaned my room and threw everything out clothes, medications, cosmetics ALL of my personal belongings. House keeping admitted to them they did throw half of it out but not the rest. Hotel manager said they would view the footage and call me with resolution, no phone call at all. I was giving them a chance before I did a review. No refund or anything. Our company uses this hotel a lot for business and will no longer due to these issues"

"Staff was good and friendly. Breakfast was good in the AM - bagel and coffee. The room was a bit grubby, not dirty, but with areas that seemed a bit worn/weathered. It was not my favorite and I was on the first floor facing woods which had a back door, which as a female did not feel fully safe but it was locked. A bit of a crowded parking lot that made it hard to find a spot at night when I arrived. Front desk guy was friendly. I was passing through the area and so stayed only 7/8 hours and enough to sleep on the bed that was comfy."

"One of my worst Hotel experience in the US. The hallways are smelly. The Room and bedsheets are smelly and look shabby. The Towels are not very good and of poor quality, very thin and the wool is coming off and sticking to the skin. Horrible to use. There is no coffee in the room, no coffee in the lobby and of course no breakfast. And they don't service your room for 3 nights of stay."

Just some observations: The rooms were clean and the bed comfortable, but the layout made it difficult to hang cloths up and there were no hangers in the room (staff provided them upon request). It seemed the bathroom was recently remodeled but the bathtub needed reglazing. Overall everything lived up to expectations. "
