"Bonjour, L'appartement est très bien, très bonne prestation. Toutefois, étant situé au dessus de la pâtisserie cafétéria, la mise en œuvre a partir de deux heures du matin est assez pénible, de même a l'ouverture vers 7h, le tape-tape de la machine a expresso.... Donc pas calme pour dormir. Autre point négatif au niveau du manque de calme, la route très passagère. Difficulté d'échanges avec la personne de l'agence car ne parle pas anglais, ni français. "

"Enjoyed our stay. The only drawback was opening bedroom blinds to see complex garbage cans right outside the bedroom window. Couldn’t really open window for the same reason. Water heater upgrade recommended. Hot water runs out pretty fast with one person's shower. You have to wait awhile for water to warm for the next person to shower. Host was very nice and super sweet. Unit was very clean and smelled good. "

"Perfect location for a perfect place to visit. The accommodation was clean, spacious, private and safe. Only thing to note is it is on the 3rd floor and with no elevator. This was not mentioned in the site app. Host was very polite, good with communicating and very accommodating. Would stay again."

I waited till 16:25 there was nobody, I took pictures and sent to property to get my refund since I had to book another hotel, they refused to pay. Scam, stay away, beware! "A great apartment only 20mins from the centre of Udine. Spread over three levels with a small kitchen on the ground floor and then two bedrooms. However there’s no lounge room or communal space where we could all sit and watch tv. Just the kitchen on the ground floor which isn’t as warm. "
