"Our stay was excellent here at bello! Suites. Alberto was friendly and accomodating throughout. We self checked in and had easy to follow instructions. There was an slight issue with the blinds and alberto found a solution immediately. Great location and base to explore the surrounding areas of the lake as you are very close to the ferry port. "Great little find about 20 min away from Bergamo Airport. Parking available outside hotel. Friendly efficient checkin and room was large clean and comfortable. Eat off site at nearby restaurant - also good. Would stay there again."

"This was a great place to stay for a couple nights. All the staff were friendly and helpful. It was quiet and safe, and sparkling clean. Our small room had a private deck with a gorgeous view over the countryside. We walked everywhere. "Gate buzzer was answered on arrival. Basic information given. First problem was the TV did not work, this was fixed. Second the plug on the kettle would not go into the socket. The management was called and he came down and with great force managed to plug the kettle in. We left it plugged in for our 3 day stay. The plug on the fridge did not fit the socket as it was not a compatible socket. The remote would not work to turn the TV off the first night. We called the hotel number on the card with...

"Amazing place to stay for our first trip to Como! We got lucky and were able to park right in front of the property every day. Had a balcony right on top of the water. It was a bit rainy and cool when we went but I’m sure in the warmer months it’s amazing to lay out on the dock and hop in the water for a swim. FYI did have a bathroom across the shared hall but not big deal to us as it was our own private bathroom. The host was very professional and helpful and answered all of my questions...
