"This was a superb apartment with a postcard perfect view of the Libyan Sea and sunsets that took our breath away. Our host and those who helped him could not have done more to make our stay more pleasant. We visited archaeological sites across Crete, using this apartment as our base. It’s reasonably private and has a view of harbour restaurants in one direction and the beach and caves on the other. Upon arrival we had a hard time finding the apartment meant because it was not disclosed it is a below grade/ basement apartment.
