There is no parking in property, is a very good hotel 15 minutes walking from center. Of the city .but hotel is clean, peaceful .

Excellent value/location

This hotel is well located just a half block off the artisanal restaurant street. So many great choices for dinner. And two blocks the other way is the Convento de San Francisco where there is a sol y luminar every night. 50 pesos from the bus station

Great location and space

Good hotel, very well located next to the center but in a very quiet street. Beautiful spacious room, super clean. Basic Breakfast included but does not start early enough (even for coffee) for people planning to get to Chichen Itza at opening

A good find, in a great location and lovely staff. Despite concerns from other reviews about cleanliness, we did not find it dirty at all. Our main issue was the noise. Bring earplugs and you should be fine but be ready for barking dogs inside and outside of the hotel.

Location was great. Breakfast was not

Check in was easy except the pressure I was given to pay in cash. The front gate is noisy when opened and closed at night. The hotel is small and sound carries really badly throughout it. Great location though, and very clean and comfortable.

We liked staying in Casa Pakal. It was right on the Calz. des Los Frailes and therefore close to numerous restaurants and the Parque Sisal, where there is a light festival every evening about the history of Valladolid. The room and the general area were very clean. It was also quiet in general. At night, however, the dogs from the neighboring properties barked. The breakfast is very little. A few rolls, coffee, fruit and if you're lucky, cake.

Good location, comfortable bed. Breakfast sub par. A roll with jam and banana or apple. No extras. Milk for coffee first day, not the other two mornings. Shared kitchen and fridge ok. A bath mat for the shower would be appreciated as it is very slippery.

Good location - good be a touch confusing for some - but near nice restaurants, etc. Our room had a comfortable bed, the bathroom was serviceable. Communication could be better. They offer a breakfast and we were not told to pick up and wash our own dishes, but found out later when we got a talking to... They have a frig to keep food in and cooking and grilling facilities for guests to use. Also, upon arrival we were notified that we would have to pay cash - sorry for the inconvenience. But, overall, a good price for the room.

Bon petit hotel dans l'ensemble. Il n'y a pas vraiment de petit déjeuner, pain, pommes, bananes et c'est tout. Par contre il y a un accès à une cuisine commune dans laquelle vous pouvez préparer vos propres repas. Bon rapport qualité-prix dans l'ensemble.

Hotel limpio y conveniente, red wifi buena, aunque las habitaciones que nos asignaron no contaban con pantallas o TV, personal amable, atendieron requerimientos de personas mayores, muchas gracias; pero no entendi por que en la noche ya no habia personal, llame y mande mensajes y nunca respondieron, en viernes antes de las 8:00 pm recepción apagada y puerta de acceso con seguro, me toco ir a abrir a huesped que no podia entrar con su llave de acceso. Tienen una buena area de oprtunidad.
