The staff were friendly, efficient and keen to help. The beds are amazing. Having the dog being welcomed so warmly was wonderful. Great areas to exercise the dog very near the hotel. The burgers-after a very long journey - were amazing. This was at least the seventh time we have broken our Long journey here and it never disappoints.

This was a one day visit to the city that I lived on for 23 years 37 years ago. A lot of changes around! The hotel was great very clean organize and with an excellent acoustic soundproofing that allow you to sleep deeply in a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was one of the most completed I've ever seen. I highly recommend Sercotel Valladolid.

The only observation would be no air conditioner, however the weather was good enough to sleep with open windows on the 4 floor and was very pleasant, everything else was excellent, thanks to all the staff for the attention at the Hotel during our stay

Buen hotel, no muy lejos del Corte Inglés y el Paseo Zorrilla de Valladolid. Fácil aparcar. Habitaciones muy cómodas, aunque el sofá cama regulero para compartir. Le faltaría una cortina a la bañera, ya que al compartir 4 personas un baño es posible que algunos necesiten usar el sanitario mientras otros se duchan o bañan. Mucho calor en abril aunque quitamos la calefacción. Por lo demás, el hotel es perfecto para descansar, silencioso y acogedor. Regalan a los niños un juego y un neceser muy chulos. El buffet del desayuno está bien...tienen carrot cake, bollería, panes...y un grifo de Nocilla, cosa que es la primera vez que veo. También huevos, bacon, salchichas, alubias tortilla, fruta, zumos, cereales...Hay posibilidad de pedir pan sin gluten y sirven leche de soja, sin lactoda y normales...El personal del hotel encantador, tanto len recepción, como las camareras del desayubo...todos majísimos y buenos profesionales. Recomiendo. Nos ha encantado.
