"Pasamos la semana santa en familia, disculpa por el retraso en la opinión, y acabamos encantados. La casa está completamente equipada y con muchos detalles, por lo que no echas en falta nada. "The home was mostly as advertised. However, check-in was very rough, as the person doing the check-in (who was not the host with whom I had been emailing/messaging) did not speak English at all and also didn't seem to be expecting us. We got checked in about 1:30 hours late in the end (3:30 for a 2:00 check-in time) and we were not offered a place to wait, so had to sit in the car in the parking lot during that time. Also, the air conditioning is only in the kitchen, and even with two fans...

"Mi estancia en The Book Factory Hostel fue muy buena. La habitación estaba muy limpia y bien equipada, y tanto el colchón como la ropa de cama eran comodísimos, lo que hizo que descansara muy bien. La ubicación es excelente, en pleno centro de Valladolid y en una zona estupenda para disfrutar de la ciudad. El personal fue muy amable, cercano y simpático, lo que hizo que la experiencia fuera aún mejor. Como pequeño punto a mejorar, la insonorización de las habitaciones, ya que se oye algo de ruido. En general, una estancia muy agradable, con una excelente ubicación y una gran relación calidad-precio. Sin duda, volvería a repetir. ¡Muy recomendable!"

"I booked based on price and Expedia guest reviews. Upon arrival I looked at Google Maps to see check-in time since I was early, but when I saw VERY negative guest reviews there I was very concerned and had I seen them I would not have booked here. With apprehension I entered and requested early check-in. I was greeted and my request accommodated. There was strong chemical odor that dissipated after opening my windows, but other than that the room was clean and very nice. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. No English at all, but I'm in Spain so IMHO the language issue is on me. Great location. I extended 2 additional days. Great value. Will stay again. "
