VERY NICE APPARTMENT

Just returned from a very pleasant stay at this very clean modern and comfortable Appartment , it's the perfect base to explore all the surrounding areas and having the parking space saves you a lot of money compared to staying in one of the cities. I would certainly stay here again and wouldn't hesitate recommending the Appartment to friends and family. Keep up the good work Barbara and Pascal.

Great spot to stay in between towns

This flat is located in between Juan Les Pins and Cannes. If you'd like to stay in between towns and not "in town" then this is a great option. The air conditioning works well and the beds are very comfortable. The shower has great water pressure and hot water. The outdoor patio is very nice. The train and grocery shopping is about 5-10 minute walk around the corner. There are a few dining options down the street, but hopping on the train to Antibes (5 minutes away on the train) or to Cannes (4 minutes by train) was very easy so we opted to dine out at those towns. Pasqual and Barbara were very prompt in answering my questions throughout the booking process and were very nice upon arrival.

Wonderful Apartment Ideally Located in Golfe Juan!

We spent one week at the end of July in Barbara and Pascal’s beautiful apartment. Communication before our arrival was excellent with Barbara helping us to organise taxi transfers from the airport at reasonable cost and ensuring that the apartment was prepared to our preference. On arrival we were met by Pascal who was extremely friendly and welcoming and helped us to get booked in ASAP. The apartment itself is perfect - well furnished and is clearly a property that is cared for and looked after. The highlight is the outdoor decking area - perfect for getting away with it all and soaking in the Cote D’Azur sun! Only recommendation - bring Mozzie spray for evenings! Location wise it is perfect. Golfe Juan is a more typically French resort with a beautiful small marine alongside which there are a dozen or more chilled friendly restaurants and bars with reasonable prices. The beaches are fantastic - all with a short stroll - and the sea is like a warm bath! In town are several supermarkets, shops and cafe bars, again all in easy walking distance. For travelling further afield we would strongly recommend using the trains. They run regularly, double deckers, and inexpensive for getting to Italy, Monaco, Antibes, Cannes, St Tropez and Grasse. Cannes and Antibes are easily walkable too if you want to work off some of the extra calories! We usually don’t Holiday in the same resort twice but will change that for Golfe Juan! An amazing place with amazing, friendly people!

Superb Apartment!

We were familiar with the apartment as family have stayed there before and we visited for dinner, although, this was a couple of years ago. I was a little concerned that it would have dated or beginning to show wear and tear - How wrong I was! The apartment is just as fresh and clean as we remembered, the owners obviously look after their properties and take pride in the service they provide, well done! The previous occupants had left earlier than planned so we were able to gain access earlier which was very kind of the owners and very much appreciated. The kitchen was well equipped, the bedrooms lovely and fresh, beds were really comfy, plenty of hangers provided and mirrors everywhere. With two teenage daughters there was plenty of space for beautifying and selfies! The shower room was large with a powerful shower and double basins with two huge drawers for storage. The washing machine was very handy for washing beach and bath towels. There was a good stock of cleaning materials which meant the apartment was easy to keep clean, in previous apartments there has often been not so much as a cloth to wipe the sinks out with! The location was great and everything in easy walking distance - shops, restaurants, bars - Newport Cafe is a must for pre-dinner drinks! I would recommend this property in a flash, the outdoor space makes the apartment even bigger! Just make sure you have plenty of mosquito repellent. The air conditioning was a great feature and worked really well without being too noisy. I am sure we will return in the future, thank you x

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. In der Wohnung war alles sauber und die Einrichtung ist zum Wohlfühlen. Die Terrasse ist total schön. Es waren sogar Sandspielsachen für die Kinder zur Verfügung gestellt.

L'appartement est bien situé, à côté les restaurants qui sont en face du port et 8min de marche une belle plage, Tout les soirs on sortait profiter de la brise de mer et de la bonne ambiance qui a au port Le petit point négatif, c'est les moustiques dans la terrasse, on n'a pas pu vraiment en profiter, car ils nous dévoraient ! Deuxièmement peut point négatif, c'est la literie, des lits trop fin, et pas assez confortable, Le gros point positif, les hôtes étaient au top, et répondent rapidement si il y a un soucis, mais encore très arrangeant ! C'est super sympa, Autre point positif, la clim top et plein de jeux pour enfants et adultes ! Le bruit du train n'est pas du tout dérangeant, on l'entent à peine, Séjour qui fini bien, hâte d'y retourner !!

Very nice !

We really enjoyed our stay in this appartement. Everything was fine except the 2 beds in one room which were not very stable and made noise when someone turned. Otherwise the appartment was well equiped. Barbara and Pascal were very friendly and responded quickly on requests.

L'appartement est vraiment conforme aux photos. Il est joli. L'agencement est sympa. La place de parking est un vrai plus. Pascal nous a dépannés très rapidement pour le micro-ondes et la cafetière. Par contre, il faut savoir que la résidence est collée à une voie de chemin de fer et qu'il y a de nombreux avions qui passent au-dessus de l'immeuble. On les entend surtout quand ils décollent de Nice. Ce sont les trains qui génèrent le plus de bruit. Si on tient compte de ces nuisances, je pense sincèrement que le prix de la nuitée est trop élevé et qu'il vaut mieux s'éloigner du bord de mer dans de telles conditions. LB

Sehr schöne Gegend ideal für weitere Ausflüge

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir waren mit zwei Erwachsene und drei Kinder vor Ort. Auch wenn ich die Vermieter nicht persönlich kennen gelernt habe hat die Kommunikation per Handy und Whatsapp wunderbar funktioniert. Barbara ist sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend und gibt gute Tipps.Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert sehr gut. Ein großer abgesperrter privater Parkplatz steht zur Verfügung. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet.Alles nötige vorhanden. Ausreichend Handtücher, Toilettenpapier wird bereit gestellt.Bei der Ankunft hatten wir wie sogar Wasser bereit gestellt bekommen. Was nicht selbstverständlich ist. Wir haben uns sehr gefreut!!! Die Wohnung ist liebevoll und mit Stil eingerichtet. Die Liegestühle auf der Terrasse befinden sich in einem guten Zustand. Was man beachten sollte , die Terrassen Tür abends zu schließen, weil man sonst sich mit Moskitos anlegen muss. Das kommt wahrscheinlich auf die Jahreszeit an.Wir waren im August dort und hatten leider sehr viele.Ich weiss auch nicht, ob ein Moskito Netz helfen würde. :-( Mit dem Zug kann man wunderbar nach Cannes, Nizza , Monaco vereisen. Man kann das Auto stehen lassen und fußläufig die Ausflüge unternehmen. Wo wir letztendlich auch sehr froh waren, da die Parkplätze in der Hochsaison rar sind. Besonders in den Großstädten. In Antibes gibt es ein großes Einkaufcenter was wir genutzt haben.Dort sind viele Lebensmittel günstiger und man bekommt alles was man braucht. Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub dort erlebt und würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen! Vielen lieben Dank an Barbara und Pascal für den tollen Aufenthalt!Ich wünsche euch alles Gute und liebe Grüße aus Köln, Bonn........

Barbara and Pascal were excellent hosts, friendly, answered promptly, were flexible and speak fluently English. The apartment was perfect for us, modern, tasteful, stylish, clean, within 3 min to the beautiful harbour of Golf Juan and about 7 min to the beach. Everything was clear, good instructions on how to use the facility and there were even beach things we could use for our kids. A very nice outside facilities for meals and to dry the towels etc. TV in the living room and both bedrooms although we didn’t use it. A special parking for the car in a locked back yard was very handy and safe too. The town has a great location, only about 15 min to Cannes, Nice and Antibes and about an hour to Monaco & Monte-Carlo. We would definitely stay here again.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour. L'appartement est très propre, il y a tout ce qu'il faut: linge de maison, produits d'accueil, bouteilles d'eau à notre arrivée, cuisine toute équipée. Et la décoration est très sympa. Dommage que nous n'ayons pu profiter de la terrasse car il faisait encore un peu frais. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !!!!!

Schöne, chice Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und chic eingerichtet und liegt in einem gepflegten Haus. Die Gegend ist schön, der Hafen quasi vor der Haustür und der Strand in fünf bis zehn Minuten zu erreichen. Leider ist der Sandstrand zwar sauber und schön, wirkt aber etwas unbelebt, es gibt keinen Kiosk, kein Café o.ä. weit und breit (was man natürlich nicht den Wohnungsbesitzern anlasten kann, was aber wichtig ist zu wissen). Also Kaffee und Snacks vorher einkaufen oder zubereiten und mitbringen. Die Terrasse ist sehr gross und mit sehr guten Stühlen und vor allem sehr guten und qualitativ hochwertigen Liegestühlen eingerichtet. Von aussen kann sie durch die (künstliche) Hecke nicht eingsehen werden. Wohn- und Schlafzimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet. Ebenso die Küche. Für leidenschaftliche Köche fehlen jedoch z.B. gute Messer und zusätzliche Schneidebretter. Darüber hinaus ist als einziges Manko zu nennen, dass es keinen einzigen Haken in der ganzen Wohnung gibt, weder im Flur zum Aufhängen von Jacken noch im Schlafzimmer für einen Kleiderbügel zum Aufhängen von Kleidern o.ä. Vermutlich ist das Absicht, um den cleanen Look der Wohnung nicht zu beeinträchtigen. Ist jedoch unpraktisch. Idee: Haken an der Innenseite der Schlafzimmertüren anbringen. Ein ganz grosses Plus ist der Parkplatz, der geschützt im Hof liegt, grosszügig bemessen ist und vom Küchenfenster aus eingesehen werden kann. Das ist in der Gegend nicht selbstverständlich, da an der Côte d'Azur viele Strassen und Grundstücke eng sind. Die Vermieter sind sehr, sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir werden gerne einmal wiederkommen und können die Wohnung nur empfehlen.

Tout a été parfait. Idéalement situé proche de la palge à pied. Well equiped, comfortable and spacious

We had a perfect week here, the apartment has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The outside space is great, the whole area has decking and this makes it easy to move loungers and chairs around to sit in (or out) of the sun. Very close to the marina and the beach, a short walk to the shops and the station so the location is excellent. The only slight negative is the railway line behind the apartment, you can hear the trains from the rear bedroom but this is not too obtrusive and they don't run at night. Overall highly recommended, Barbara was very helpful on check in and out and we would stay again.

Casa molto confortevole, ben equipaggiata e in ottima posizione.

Casa dotata di tutti i comfort (lavatrice, lavastoviglie, stenditoio, asse e ferro da stiro, freezer, forno e forno a microonde), con spazi adeguati per una famiglia. Terrazza spaziosa e soleggiata, con tenda parasole elettrica. A disposizione giochi per bambini, accessori per la spiaggia, libri e giochi in scatola. Wi-Fi ben funzionante. Vicinissimi porto e locali. Tra le spiagge (tranquillamente raggiungibili a piedi, anche se noi avevamo le biciclette), abbiamo preferito quella di juan les pins. Esercizi commerciali raggiungibili agevolmente. Barbara e Pascal molto gentili e disponibili. Per noi un’ottima esperienza.

Des vacances incroyablement bien.

L'appartement est idéalement situé un peu en retrait de la route du bord de Mer. Nous y avons passé un séjour bien reposant. Le grand plus est cette belle terrasse spacieuse qui permet de se relaxer à l'abri et de faire des grillades en soirée. L'appartement est bien grand et permet même à 5 adultes d'avoir de l'espace. Les commerces et restaurants sont tout prêt et une voiture n'est pas indispensable parce que la gare ferroviaire est à 10 minutes à pieds. L'appartement est très propre et on remarque qu'il a été refait à neuf il n'y a pas longtemps. A notre arrivée tout était préparé et l'accueil était très agréable. La famille Laubach ne peut que recommander cet appartement à tous ceux qui veulent passer des vacances reposantes près de toutes les commodités et quand même à l'abri du bruit quotidien.

Amazing Location and apartment

Just returned from our stay at Golfe Juan, We stayed there with my young family, I cant highly reccomend the apartment enough, the location is A1, the courtyard garden was perfect for our children when we returned from the beach. Accomodtion is modern and extremly clean. Dont worry about the railway behind you cant hear it at all. One recomendation is to make sure you get shown how to use the oven/hob, it took us a while to figure it out.

Appartement spacieux, clair, propre et agréable

Cet appartement est agencé avec goût et dispose de toutes les commodités. Très bien situé, à proximité du port, de la Plage, des restaurants et des commerces.. Conclusion : Idéal pour des vacances en famille. De plus les propriétaires sont sympathiques : ce qui ne gâche rien.
