It was difficult to cool the room, but this may be a unique situation, because we're Canadian and find a lot of rooms in Italy too warm for us. It's probably fine for people used to milder weather. "Amazingly preserved hotel at the top of the mountain. The staff was so welcoming and helpful. The hotel restaurant was some of the best food we had in Italy. Many of the local restaurants and hotels had closed for the season but this hotel is a rare gem. There is a tennis court and a pool and plenty of hiking trails right from the property. Spa was nice as well."
