"Check-in was easy, front desk workers were helpful and kind. Room was clean, spacious, quiet and we had a great view from the balcony. The rooms were also beautiful, clean and the snacks/drinks were complimentary and were refilled daily. We did have to request fresh towels, and we would have liked to have known more about the hotel amenities such as the gym, terrace area and downstairs bathroom in the lobby. We were greeted every time, and questions were answered in a timely manner. On the last day of our stay, at check-out, the front desk did a final walk through, and we had forgotten one of our purses with our passport, he brought it down to us before we left. We were very thankful."
