"lovely place and people. However, I discovered a failure of communication from Expedia to the hotel. Expedia fails to inform the hotel whether the booking is fully paid. Without the voucher, the hotel had the booking but not this information. A system failure at the Expedia end."

"Lovely 2 storey house in village 4km from sea. Very well equipped, clean and welcoming, fruit and wine on arrival was nice touch. Enjoyed breakfast and dinner on balcony with great views of the valley. Good walking from the door too. Would definitely recommend."

"We had a delightful time staying in Luca and Lucia's lovely casita. They were excellent hosts very warm and welcoming and accommodating. Perfect location with easy access to beautiful nature and walks as well access to local supermercados within walking distance and the buzzy "downtown" of Valle Gran Rey offering good bakeries, fresh fish at the puerto. Also enjoyed late afternoons swimming in the warm ocean and relaxing on the playa after a long walk.Thank you too to Heike for coordinating. "
