"The hotel is okay but definitely not a “luxury” one. I did let them know that the shower was broken and the basin was clogged, but they took no action. Also, very inconvenient that they close check-in at 11 pm, adding a bit of stress to my trip as my flight was landing at 9:30 pm. and I just made it before 11 pm. I wish that had been made clear during the booking process, as I would have planned differently."

"We stayed for 2 nights with my wife and our 2 children. The hosts were friendly and helpful. Everything was as they said. They met our every need in good faith. The only thing missing was no shampoo etc. in the bathroom. Thanks again for everything."

"Il personale di Italianway è stato molto gentile sia telefonicamente che al check-in. Check-out semplicissimo. Asciugamani puliti e imbustati per ogni persona. Appartamento pulito e confortevole con tutto quello che serve tranne le posate che non sono riuscita a trovare, mah forse hanno deciso di non fornire coltelli per una questione di sicurezza. Comunque tutto ok"

"Inconvenient "

"The apartment was in a wonderful neighborhood, very close to the canals. We found an exceptional restaurant, Osteria Concetta, a couple of blocks away. The tram was super easy to use and went right to the Duomo. We only wish we had been staying over the weekend so we could have taken advantage of the massive Saturday market!"

"This place is around a 10 minute walk from the metro which was ok for us as it was easy to get to and from each day. One of the biggest disappointments is that we weren’t told about works occurring on the building that would literally be happening outside the window, meaning we couldn’t use the balcony or open the windows. The AC also wouldn’t turn on and above the AC there was a huge amount of mould that was visible. The draining of the shower was awful, we’d have to wait for the water...
