I was amused when I saw this on the way to the Grand Canyon. I remember visiting this place when I was a kid.
As we were leaving the Grand Canyon to head back home to California, this structure caught our eye. Sadly, The Flintstones Bedrock City has closed since this photo was taken 2 years ago. Raptor Ranch is the birds of prey attraction that will be replacing this prehistoric park. #OnTheRoad
This little restaurant, RV park, and Bedrock mock up on the way to the Grand Canyon is worth a stop for $0.05 coffee and a tour of Fred and Barney's homes. You can yell "Yabba dabba dooo!" as you slide down the tail of Fred's dinosaur! #quirky #tourist #attraction #Flintstone #Arizona

A great value if you want to save money versus the expensive hotels in Tusayan and Grand Canyon Village (especially in the busy times of year). Only 20-25 minutes from the South Rim gate. Not a lot around the hotel itself and it's old and dated, but the rooms are clean and comfortable.
