The very beautiful holiday houses, calmly situated, built at the Mediterranean style, embedded into a wonderful landscape, are in the locality La Ciaccia (Valledoria) in the centre of the north coast close to the locality Castelsardo (small town from the 11-century) at 200-400 m distance to a very beautiful and maintained sand beach.
The calm but central position of the holiday houses offers its guests a multiplicity of enterprises. First of all the appealing cost sides with beaches of fine sand, gravel, shells or rock, invite for bathing and second numerous trips in the still unaffected, pictorial nature, the attendance of delightful and interesting localities, as well as the inspection of pre-Christian cultural monuments guarantee a varied and a recovery vacation.
The apartment Sa Fiorida - Rubinia is located on the ground floor (basement apartment) and offers 3 bedrooms (2 double bedrooms plus a third bedroom with 2 single beds and 2 bunk beds), 2 bathrooms with shower & toilet, lounge with armchairs, satellite TV, full equipped kitchenette, garden with furnished terrace and barbecue. All rooms have heating. The garden is rising in one place. For this reason, part of the west side of the apartment is below the garden level. But even this part of the apartment has large windows and thus has light sources and ventilation.
As our family lives in the same town we are at any time at the disposal of our guests - even our office is closed.
