very nice villa in a typical sardinien village on the Asinara gulf called "La Ciaccia". Close to the turistic centre of Castelsardo (8 km), Stintino on left side and Santa Teresa di Gallura on the right side. Possibility to make excursions and sport (horse riding, kajak, ecc).
the village is very calm and nice with tracks for bicycles and a beautiful sand beach.
The villa has a wonderful seaview, is very comfortable with a solarium, veranda, garden in front and in the back. In the veranda there is a characteristic barbecue and in the solarium there is also a shower.

Great location and cute villa
We had a really lovely stay at this villa. The location was perfect for exploring the local area, which was great for us as there was a storm when we were there that meant we didn't spend as much time on the beach as we would have liked, however when we did get there it was really nice to be on. There are some lovely towns nearby. The local shop had everything we wanted and the closest cafes and restaurants were within walking distance and reasonably priced. Highlight for us was a wine tasting. We walked for 20mins to the vineyard, had delicious wine and lots of food and stumbled home very happy. The villa is very cute and well equipped and has a lovely roof terrace for evening drinks with sea views. I'm not used to handing over cash for a deposit on a holiday rental so I was worried initially about how that would work but it all was ok at the end of the stay. Thank you!

Lovely peaceful place to stay
Lovely and peaceful here. The bungalow is very well equipped and just a short walk from beach. There are many beautiful beaches near too. Interesting and beautiful places to visit - Castelsardo, Alghero, Assigus and Valley of the Moon, we loved the river which went into sea just down the road, good Cafe/Bar there where you could have a drink and watch the wonderful sunsets.

Das Haus entspricht im Wesentlichen der Beschreibung und den Fotos. Die Außenbereiche (vorne, hinten, oben) sind ganz klar das Beste an der Unterkunft. Innen hat das Haus eher wenig Aufenthaltsqualität. Bei Sonnenschein prima, bei mittelprächtigem Wetter möchte man dort lieber kein Zeit verbringen. Vom Komfort der Abwicklung und der Zugewandtheit der Gastgeber auf modernen Buchungsplattformen verwöhnt, fühlt man sich hier eher wie zurück in den 90ern... Ob das an FeWo direkt oder an dem SEHR korrekten Gastgeber Daniele liegt, kann ich nicht beurteilen.

Alles sehr schön. Nah am Strand. Etwas schwierig ist die Mülltrennung, welcher Müll in welchen Behälter usw.. Mückenspray im Sommer nicht vergessen. Ansonsten schöne Wohnung, ruhige Lage, gut zum Erholen. Hat uns gut gefallen.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Daran war das Ferienhaus, dass genau den Beschreibungen entsprach, massgeblich beteiligt. Die Schlüsselübergabe war etwas kompliziert, da die Verwalterin keinen genauen Termin hatte. Einkaufsmöglichkeit, Restaurants und der Strand sind gut zu Fuss zu erreichen. Es ist alles gegeben für entspannte Ferien. Gerne nochmal

Nettes kleines Ferienhaus
Der Check-in hat gut geklappt, obwohl Ms. Anna nur italienisch spricht. Es war sogar zu relativ später Anreisezeit möglich (wir sind um 22h angekommen). Auch der Check-out war bereits um 7h morgens, was ebenfalls kein Problem für Ms. Anna darstellte. Das Haus war wie beschrieben, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet (ausreichend Geschirr & Besteck, Gewürze, Toaster, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank mit Eisfach, sogar ein Mixer und eine Salatschleuder waren vorhanden). Auch in dem kleinen "Waschraum" waren eine Waschmaschine, Wäscheständer mit Klammern, Bügeleisen, Staubsauger, Trittleiter, Sonnenschirm, Sandspielzeug, Strandstuhl und Putzmittel vorhanden. Den kleinen, hübschen Garten haben wir leider nicht genutzt aufgrund vieler Mücken, dafür haben wir meist auf der kleinen Terrasse vor dem Haus und auf der tollen Dachterrasse mit herrlichem Ausblick gesessen. Das Doppelbett war ok, einzig die Matratze des Einzelbettes wäre mal erneuerbar. Ebenfalls erwähnenswert sind die beiden Klimaanlagen (eine im Schlafzimmer und eine in Küche/Wohnzimmer). Daniele, der Vermieter, war jederzeit erreichbar (wir mussten wegen dem Schutzschalter nachfragen und wir bekamen sofort per Whatsapp eine Antwort). Er spricht sehr gut englisch. Auch hat er sich zweimal erkundigt, ob alles ok ist, was wir als sehr aufmerksam empfanden. Um schöne Strände oder größere Supermärkte zu erreichen, ist ein Auto sehr empfehlenswert. Parken kann man direkt vorm Haus auf dem Gehsteig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, sowohl im Ferienhaus als auch in der Umgebung. Sandstrände in der Gegend sind toll. Ein großes Plus des Häuschens ist der Meerblick.

Super Lage und gut ausgestattet
Die Wohnung war wirklich schön gelegen und relativ ruhig, abgesehen von der Musik des 4-Sterne Hotels aus der Nähe. Mit 3 Terrassen hat das Appartement einen Platz für jeden. Leider mussten wir bei Ankunft einmal reinigen, um unseren Ansprüchen zu genügen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war überraschenderweise etwas schwerer als erwartet. Nicht zuletzt das Müllthema hat uns letztlich bis zum letzten Tag beschäftigt, da zum Beispiel der Plastikmüll bereits dienstags abgeholt wird und öffentliche Mülleimer nur schwer zu finden waren(mit Ausnahme derer am Strand die dafür jedoch nicht vorgesehen sind). Alles in allem ist die Lage und der Ort sehr zu empfehlen. Auch das Windsurfangebot in der Nähe ist wirklich zu empfehlen und bei 12€ die Stunde Leihgebühr darf sich jeder mal versuchen ohne Angst haben zu müssen, zu viel Geld ausgegeben zu haben. Der Supermarkt, sowie der Strand sind leicht zu Fuß zu erreichen. Gerne wieder.

Das kleine Reihenhaus ist wirklich gut ausgestattet hinsichtlich Mobiliar (sehr gute Matratzen!) und Küchenausstattung (alles da und noch viel mehr). Schön wäre vielleicht ein Wasserkocher und eine zweite Sonnenliege incl. Auflagen auf der traumhaften Sonnenterasse. In jedem Fall eine Weiterempfehlung😀

Maison bien située, près de la mer et la nature.
Dans ensemble nous avons eu un bon séjour , la maison était assez bien équipée,sauf qu'il n'y avait pas de wifi, qu'il y avaient les couvertures très fines au lieu des quêtes d'hiver et les serviettes pour une personne et pas pour deux.

Das FH liegt in einem kleinen ruhigen Ort und hat alles was man braucht, vor allem den kurzen Weg zum wunderschönen Strand. Im Haus befindet sich alles was man braucht. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, der Checkin war etwas aufregend, da der Besitzer vom Tabachiladen sehr unfreundlich war. Dies war aber unser Versehen, da Anna auf dem Parkplatz davor auf uns gewartet hat! Das nicht Entsorgen des Mülls wurde uns jetzt zusätzlich in Rechnung gestellt, hier sollte in Zukunft dem Mieter erklärt werden, wie das funktioniert, da es in La Ciacca keine öffentlichen Mülltonnen gibt.
