"This unit is especially good for a couple or family that wants basic lodging within easy walking distance of a beach. Met our criteria as a couple for value lodging for a 3-night stay in Collioure:
- LOCATION: 5 min walk to waterfront and nearest restaurants; 15 min walk to old town with many restaurants.
- CLOTHES WASHER. We brought our own liquid laundry detergent.
- KITCHEN. (Though we ended up not using it.)
- PARKING. Unassigned, but plenty available. We parked in front of apt...

"We enjoyede every single minute there. The appartment was amazing. It was really close to the beach and it was in the middle the main square. The view was amazing and it was really easy to communicate with Tony. He did not speak English, but we understood each other. U will go back next year it is 100%."

"We had a super time staying at this property with excellent facilities. A short distance to several beaches and close to Perpignan - a great city to visit with plenty of attractions and restaurants. Very well managed and the gite was very well equipped for self catering. The children enjoyed playing in the extensive gardens and large pool. Thoroughly recommend a holiday here."
