The staff was exceptional at this small, boutique hotel. Rooftop deck had world class views and the staff were there to help anytime you needed anything. Would have liked to have the bar upstairs open for longer hours and a little more expansive breakfast, but all in all a wonderful stay and a beautiful room.

Everything was perfect. The room was spacious with lots of hanging and storage space. Excellent shower. Magnificent views from the rooftop terrace. The breakfast choices were plentiful with fresh eggs cooked to your preference. We have been recommending this hotel to all our friends and family.

Staff members were very welcoming and went out of their way to help. The room was clean and well looked after, however the noise at night was simply unbearable. There is no insulation from the noise, and due to the warm weather there is a lot going on outside at night. I was also disappointed that, after having to leave early due to a medical emergency (made worse by the inability to sleep), the hotel did not reply to any of my emails around getting even a partial refund (which the manager had offered in person).

This hotel enjoys an absolutely outstanding location, within easy walking distance of major historical and cultural attractions and numerous restaurants. Unfortunately, despite this significant advantage and some friendly staff members, our overall experience was disappointing. A series of service and management shortcomings ultimately led us to give this property a negative recommendation. Service and housekeeping: While the staff were generally friendly, the hotel seemed disorganized. Our room was not serviced for two consecutive days, and we had to request fresh linens and towels on the third day. The front desk staff were helpful when approached, but even obtaining a summary invoice after checkout required three separate email reminders after we had departed. Breakfast and hotel access: The breakfast area is too small for the number of guests, the staff rarely seemed ready to serve at the advertised opening time, and the food selection was very limited. Rooftop terrace: One of the hotel's major selling points is its breathtaking rooftop terrace overlooking the harbor. The views truly are spectacular, but the experience fell well short of expectations. Bar service was inconsistent, and on two of the six nights of our stay, the terrace was privately booked and unavailable to hotel guests. Management: Finally, we were particularly disappointed by the manager's rude treatment of our female private tour guide. This interaction left a poor final impression.
