"Im from Austin and all my family lives in Waco. When we come to visit this is where we stay. Its convenient to all my family members. The staff is great, they welcome dogs and the property is awesome. The only thing is the grass areas for the dog needs to be mowed, and the other visitors need to pick up their dogs waste. Maybe a dog station with doggie bags and a trash can might be something to look into. Also tell the other visitors that come with pets to be responsible."

"The motel 6 was as expected. The room itself was good enough for me to stay in for a week. There is no pool here but it might be for a good reason. Housekeeping said it was filled in about 3-4 months prior so ignore any pool advertisements. It is close to retail, eateries and groceries so that was a plus. "

Competition is tough so finding the right place can be like rolling the dice. Lindley's Little Gem exceeded my expectations! Cleanliness is very important to me. I'd give this a 10 out of 10! Although this is a small one-bedroom, one-bath older home (cottage), it has a large bathroom with a deep soaking tub, big walk-in shower, good thick towels...
