"This place is disgusting. My room had several ants in it 😣 If you look at the video on the black & brown counter you can see several ants they’re hard to see at first because they blend in. I contacted Samantha, who claims to be the manager, & the best she could do was a $50 refund. I specifically booked a room with a tub because I wanted to take a bath. I didn’t even get to do that because of this ant infestation & the property doesn’t take it seriously. When I let Samantha know there were ants she was like “yeah, that happens during this season.” If it’s such a common occurrence it should be marketed as such. If I would have gotten a full refund I wouldn’t even be as mad. I didn’t pay for a room with ants in it & when I let Samantha know that she said that I already got the room at a discounted price. Sounds like just because something is at a discount means it doesn’t meet quality standards."

"The property was eclectic and comfortable,with a lovely garden. The kitchen is very well equipped. The reservation does go through a third-party service once the reservation is made through VRBO. I didn’t have much cell connection in that area, so it was an extra step that wasn’t as convenient."

"Lovely little house! Very clean and well stocked with supplies. Very quiet location! The bedrooms were small with no night stands so we had to use a TV stand for husbands CPAP machine, but nothing that would keep us from staying here again should we be in the area again. "

"The location was perfect. So close to any activities you might want to participate in close to the beach. The home had a beautiful view, kitchen and bathroom was well stocked with what we needed. Plenty of places to be together in a group and/or have private time to yourself."

"Everything was wonderful at this place!We loved the organization of the kitchen, the separate living rooms for quiet times as well as rowdy places. We came with 14 adults and six children and everyone rested well and had space. The garage room downstairs was amazing with the drift bikes. So much fun! Dave was attentive and present whenever we needed. Highly recommend! Can't wait to come back!"
