"We stayed in this house for 5 nights. The property is awesome and as advertised. There is a large yard with all the necessary amenities. The property was clean and well stocked. Many activities are within an hour drive. The property is very quite and secluded, ideal for a get away. The owner was extremely responsive and accommodating. We would definitely come back."

"We had an amazing visit to the heart of the Loire Valley. This is a beautifully renovated old building in the quaint old village of Larcay. A 2 minute walk to the river or an amazing little restaurant called Les Planchettes. Easy access to Tours and the many castles and vineyards in the area. It feels like travelling back in time but with all of the modern amenities. Thanks to Sylvain and Adele for everything, including the welcome bottle of delicious Vouvray! Highly recommended."

"Beautiful place and people. Frederic is a wonderful host. He allowed early check in and attended to all of our needs. There are stairs to the bedrooms, he carried our luggage up and down. The property vastly exceeds the description and certainty our expectations. There are many châteaux and wineries. Frederic helped us with our itinerary. We would very much love to return."

Lawrence was very kind to keep a parking spot for us next to the rental apartment so it would be easier for us to unload our luggage. When we asked him if there are any supermarkets open to buy some food for late dinner Lawrence said that supermarket was already closed then, to our surprise, he brought us some food from his house so we could have dinner!
