Perfect hotel

Very good hotel. Everything was perfect. The bed was perfect. Lot of choice at breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. Next of the hotel there is a big supermarket. The metro is just 5 minutes by walking.

Loved the room. Great location but super shady elevators. They are each for two people max (!!!) and we got stuck in each of them once during our visit briefly. There is seriously something wrong with those elevators. When someone presses the call button on another floor the elevator stops. Definitely not for the claustrophobic. Great grocery store right next door which is super convenient. Friendly staff.

Good and nice clean hotel in a mediterranean style with nice staff. But no mini bar, no restaurant or bar in the hotel and in a somewhat unsafe area of STHLM. large paring lot and free, that is good.

A nice hotel with a good breakfast, room was smart and clean, 24/7 free coffee in pleasant reception area where there is also a microwave to heat your own meals. The are some very pleasant areas, including a large recreational area with a nature reserve within walking distance of the hotel and frequent T-bana trains. All the staff very pleasant. Only negative the hotel is in an industrial area close to the main road.

Air condition out of order.

A fridge in the room would have been an especially nice feature, because the air condition was out of order. It will be repaired but not during our stay, unfortunately. Hot summer in Stockholm.

OK not the BEST

The room and hotel were clean and tidy. Hotel's staff were kind and friendly. Breakfast was simple and not fancy. At the time of our stay, there was a road construction project ongoing which was quiet during night but was a little annoying during the day. The room was cold at our arrival (19 degree according to room's termometer) and was still cold during the next day even though the system was running continuously the whole night. Shampoo and shower-gel were not provided. All in all, it was OK but not the best.

Personalen var trevlig och hjälpsam, men hotellet är extremt sterilt och inte särskilt välkomnande. Strul med hissen, frukosten serverades på IKEA's billigaste servis i en ekande miljö utan en enda matta för att dämpa ljudbilden. Hotellet ligger i vad som känns som ett industriområde, vilket kändes väldigt oinspirerande. Bokade pga rekommendation av arrangörer av en bordtennistävling i närheten - men kommer inte sätta min fot där igen.
