About this property

Modern chalet 4*, very comfortable and quiet. Ideal for 2 or 3 families.

  • Chalet 4*, second home of the owner, very recent (2015). Mountain style and modern at the same time. Sheltered from the hustle and bustle of the resort and very close at the same time (1.5 km but possible return on skis except beginners). The charm of the Granges, one of the 17 hamlets of the resort. Farm and chapel nearby. Beautiful panorama.
    Ideal chalet for 2 or 3 families, 8 to 12 people, 4 bedrooms.
    Large living room with south and west facing terrace, living room, dining room and kitchen (oven, hob, ceramic hob, dishwasher) with central island ideal for eating on the go or drink appetizer. Living room with TV TNT 102 cm, hi-fi stereo, console wii and wood stove. Room "refuge" upstairs with 6 bunk beds in 90 cm east. 2 bedrooms upstairs with queen size beds in 160 cm by 200 cm including one with 2 bays south and west panoramic views. 1 bedroom on the ground floor west side with bed 140 cm by 200 cm, and equipped with TV TNT 51 cm.
    2 shower rooms with shower cabin 120 cm upstairs and walk-in shower on the ground floor. Technical room (cumulus, electric board and boiler) with storage shoes, coat hooks and washer-dryer. Outdoor shed for skis and snowboards.

Perfect stay

Nice chalet and very friendly host. Communication went well and the accommodation was as shown. We took our own car to go to the ski resort which was only a 5 minute drive. Overall a perfect ski holiday.

Nous avons passé une super semaine à 4 couples dans ce chalet moderne, spacieux, très lumineux, très bien équipé, avec 4 chambres spacieuses et 2 salles de bains. L’ensemble d’une propreté impeccable. Emmanuel, le propriétaire, et Mickaël, le gérant, ont été à notre écoute. La terrasse et la vue sur la montagne sont top.

Le chalet est spacieux, très bien équipé, a proximité de l'arrêt de la navette, et petit plus, accessible a ski quand la neige le permet (ce qui était notre cas). Emmanuel est très réactif et la personne sur place disponible et très sympa. Bref, nous avons passé un excellent séjour, je conseille vivement :*-).

De superbes vacances entre amis dans le chalet d'Emmanuel

Le chalet d'Emmanuel est très spacieux et idéalement situé à 15min à pieds du centre de Valloire. Il est tout équipé pour pouvoir passer une bonne semaine entre amis. Nous avons pu profiter de la magnifique vue depuis le salon. Je recommande vivement !

Nous étions déjà venu l’an dernier et avions été très satisfait. En fait nous cherchions un chalet isolé (sans mitoyenneté )avec une vue magnifique très fonctionnel bien équipé.Et c’est le cas. Avec une navette proche( 80m )et très efficace . De plus le domaine de valloire est superbe. Nous reviendrons volontiers.

Très bonne semaine (Fev 2023) au sein d'un chalet moderne et confortable. Les + (la localisation pour le retour ski aux pieds quand l'enneigement le permet, la modernité du chalet, la literie des chambres du haut, la vue ! Les améliorations (un peu de matériel défectueux, la literie de la chambre avec futon, les places de parking non dispos selon enneigement). Au global, très appréciable !

Chalet spacieux et très bien équipé, idéal pour 10

Séjour du 02-01-2023 au 08-01-2023, le chalet est dans le quartier calme "les Granges", à l'écart du village de Valloire, l'accès aux pistes de ski est très facile avec une navette à 2 min à pied, idéal même avec le matériel de ski. Un grand parking est disponible devant le chalet (3 voitures). Le chalet est très spacieux et le séjour, avec de grandes baies vitrées, est parfait, pas de sensation d'être les uns sur les autres. La cuisine est très bien équipée et conviviale. Les chambres sont également spacieuses avec vue sur les montagnes. Nous étions 8 (3 adultes et 5 ados). Je recommande vivement ce chalet pour 10 pers, pour 12 cela me semble un peu juste. Très bon séjour à Valloire dans chalet moderne à recommander tant en hiver que en été.

Séjour parfait

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans le chalet d’Emmanuel. Le chalet est très confortable, bien équipé et bien agencé avec une magnifique vue sur les montagnes. Le poêle est un plus. Nous étions 3 familles avec enfants et ne nous sommes pas senties à l’étroit. Je recommande vivement. Le chalet est légèrement excentré du centre mais la navette est pas loin. Il faudrait juste que la station prévoit plus de navettes car une navette toutes les demi-heures ce n’est pas assez. Encore merci pour ce séjour.
