IMMOLOC ARDECHE offers you a villa located in the South of Ardèche, near the city center of Vallon Pont d'Arc just 10 minutes walk and less than 15 minutes drive from Ruoms, we invite you to discover this villa with beautiful amenities, air-conditioned for a capacity of six people.
You can enjoy a private swimming pool (7x3) with its pleasant beach, covered terrace and its fenced garden of approximately 1400m² with pétanque court.
The house consists of a large living space, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area.
You will find a first bedroom with a 140 bed, two bedrooms with two small beds as well as a bathroom with WC and a separate WC.
TV, WIFI, WASHING MACHINE, ELECTRIC PLANCHA included.

Maison très bien située à 10mn du centre mais au calme. Simple, mais spacieux et confortable.

Vacances au chaud, heureusement il y avait la piscine. Beaucoup de monde au bord et sur l'eau, donc randonnées tranquilles.
