"Absolutely beautiful stay. Can't beat the view of the property and room. Only an hour bus ride/drive to the center of Rome. It is a bit of a hike to get to and from the place, so I wouldn't recommend it for individuals with disabilities, nor do I recommend packing more than 1 large suitcase. The host was amazing, very polite and informative and the daily breakfast consisted of homemade and fresh croissants and other pastries. I highly recommend this place if you don't mind a nice hike as the view alone is unforgettable"

"Stayed at this beautiful villa with my family. Communication with the host was excellent from the start, always messaged back and was very helpful with any enquiries I had. When arriving at the villa, was met outside and shown around everything was explained to us, it was a smooth transaction. The place was as described and was very clean and tidy. The beds were really comfy and the balcony was big and beautiful to sit on. The place was lovely. The showers were hot and lots of extra bedding, towels and everything you could need was provided. Kitchen clean and tidy was well equipped. The place was beautiful putside with shade to sit in while watching the kids in the pool. Pool nice and clean and the kids loved it, had a diving board was very private. Alfronso was extremely helpful and was around if we needed him. We had many days out. It took us around an hour to get into Rome on the train, thank you to Alfroso's directions. We had a day at the beach which was really fun and we even squeezed in a trip to the theme park. All the places easy to find. It was so nice to come back to the villa on the evening and very much felt like home. Would definitely recommend to our family and friends. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us all."

"This is a repeat hotel for our company. We have teams of technicians in Colleferro every few months and this hotel never disappoints. The only times we stay elsewhere is when they are fully booked. It's been a couple of years and I have to say that I have yet to have a single complaint from our teams. Absolutely perfect for business travel."

"The property was beautifully renovated and decorated in an exquisite hotel. We enjoyed our stay. Some of the perks are the breakfast and the inside free parking. The owner is very nice and is fully passionate about her renovation project. We definitely recommend this hotel."

"The location is excellent, just off A1. The toll station of A1 was just under my window. Windows have good sound protection. Room is very small. We needed to repack 2 medium size suitcases, but there was no space on the floor to open both of them. The only option to put suitcases on the bed. Dinner and breakfast in the restaurant on the ground floor was very good."
