The restaurant serves healthy and top notch gourmet food. The breakfast is delicious with a wide assortment of things. We will be back to stay here the next time we visit Portugal! "

"Stunning property in a quiet charming village. We were greeted with a beautiful glass of wine made from their vineyard - after a day of driving it felt like entering a true oasis. The pool was beautiful and so was the scenery it overlooked. Everything was taking care of, from dinner reservations at the restaurant in town one night to an in-house delicious option on our second night. Breakfast was delicious too. I only wish we could have stayed longer!"

"This must be our 10 th visit over the years I love bringing friends here. The look on their faces as you enter the walls to reveal this gem of a hotel Brilliant check in with friendly staff . We were hot and sticky being 37.c The large pool was open and welcoming The rooms clean and well equipped . Just one of our party had a plumbing issue with the shower Breakfast was beautiful with loads of fresh fruits and yoghurts . Plus hot food if you wanted . Staff very friendly On our second night we ate the restaurant in the hotel. Although very busy with a large group the staff were great and one of the best meals was had by all. Our group of seven throughly enjoyed the hotel has many antique artifacts as is like a living museum Will be staying again next year "

There was so much more. Impeccable service, custom regional dinner with wine from the estate vineyards, the beautiful natural pool that we had all to ourselves, and the lovely staff every single person whether working on the kitchen garden and the vineyards or making the breakfast or greeting us and helping us discover. This was a level above - kindness, value, and quality. We discovered something here unlike every generic hotel you’ve ever been. There is nothing like snapping a ripe orange off the tree as you watch the stunning sunset. Thank you! Obrigada!"
